I started this blog to keep a diary of my daily activities, feelings, etc. Similar to an online personal journal, this will be.
I am constantly worried about a few things, namely, the change of house and problems with the current one, my health and career. I have seen a few YouTube videos where I learned about the benefits of fasting in diabetes, and I have decided to try intermittent fasting. In the morning, I am able to push the breakfast for a few minutes, but after lunch, I keep eating a lot of junk food. I found out 4 things that are killers for me: overthinking, excessive use of social media, alcohol and overeating . Recently I watched the movie "King Richard" - An interesting story . There I came across this dialogue: "Got to have a plan for every day, else what ? Girls: You fail to plan, you plan to fail. " There! I have decided to write this new blog every day, just to keep a log of my activities, progress, and emotions. I think I am already enjoying it!
